We had a GREAT experience. Everything was awesome during 5 days, thoroughly enjoyed its favourable and peaceful location just next door to Bangalore, pubs and HAL airport. Our room was neat and huge equipped with balcony, table and chairs and a sofa, paid usd 2062.
